About the role
Paytm provides mobile payments and financial services, including merchant lending. This role will improve the lending funnel through experimentation, analytics, product changes and AI-enabled growth workflows.
What you'll do
- Own the merchant lending funnel from offer discovery through repeat borrowing
- Analyze funnel leaks, cohorts and segments to prioritize growth initiatives
- Define hypotheses and partner with product, engineering and design to ship features
- Design and analyze A/B tests, including sample sizes and guardrail metrics
- Build lending metrics frameworks and dashboards
- Coordinate data instrumentation and use merchant research to inform the roadmap
