Program Management (Business product) - DGM - Lending EMI

Paytm provides payments and financial services, including digital lending, to consumers, merchants and online platforms. The program manager will own Lending EMI business outcomes and improve product funnels, performance and operating plans.

• Own business P&L levers for assigned EMI products or segments
• Design and optimise the sales and credit funnel
• Set funnel targets and drive corrective actions with partner teams
• Define business KPIs and run regular performance reviews
• Drive product and process improvements to lift conversion and customer experience
• Coordinate product launches and align credit, operations and technology priorities
