Program Management (Scheme Management) - Senior Manager- Lending EMI

Paytm provides payments and financial services to consumers, merchants and online platforms. This role designs, launches and manages Lending EMI schemes, monitors performance, and coordinates compliance and operational execution.

• Design EMI schemes covering tenure, pricing, eligibility and partner constructs
• Manage scheme approvals, launches, monitoring, refreshes and sunsets
• Analyse performance metrics and recommend scheme changes
• Coordinate scheme go-lives with sales, product, credit, finance, lenders, technology and operations
• Maintain scheme inventory, version control, communications and audit documentation
• Review scheme performance with leadership and drive course corrections
