About the role
Paytm provides payments and financial services, including lending solutions, to consumers, merchants and online platforms. You will run Lending EMI programs and manage lender partnerships, performance, service levels and operational delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage current and new lending partners
- Own planning, launch, operation and optimisation of Lending EMI programs
- Track lender volume, approvals, turnaround times and portfolio quality
- Coordinate program readiness with Credit, Operations, Technology, Legal and Sales
- Run lender reviews and resolve escalations
- Prepare leadership reports on program and lender health
