About the role
G2 is a software marketplace that provides buyers and sellers with software insights and reviews. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process payments and invoices, manage collections and billing inquiries, and reconcile accounts.
What you'll do
- Enter payments received by check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card
- Create initial invoices and generate schedules for future invoices
- Manage collections and collaborate with the sales team
- Resolve customer billing issues and account changes
- Reconcile monthly account balances and investigate discrepancies
- Support monthly accounting close and explain monthly AR results
