About the role
ServiceNow provides a cloud-based platform that connects people, systems, and processes, including AI-enhanced workflows. This person builds AI proofs of concept and reusable assets, and advises customers on technical solutions during sales cycles.
What you'll do
- Build AI proofs of concept and accelerators using the platform and AI agents
- Experiment with LLM improvements, agent orchestration, and workflow optimization
- Develop reusable components and knowledge assets for regional teams
- Lead customer discovery workshops and product demonstrations
- Answer customer and partner questions about product features and technical solutions
- Share customer needs and product enhancement feedback with product management
