• Respond to customer queries and breakdown calls
• Handle roadside assistance requests and service bookings
• Log customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems
• Coordinate with service centers, RSA partners and internal teams
• Monitor open cases and resolve escalations within SLAs
• Explain product features, maintenance tips and service processes
