• Integrate LLM APIs into conversational workflows
• Build grounding and retrieval systems for platform data
• Maintain prompts and route requests across personas
• Implement permission-aware API handling and access controls
• Manage session state, retries, and failure handling
• Track token usage and improve accuracy through evaluation
