Associate Director - Technical

Collins Aerospace develops aerospace and defense systems, including motor drive and power electronics platforms. This person will lead technical strategy, engineering delivery, and team execution for motor drive electronics.

• Own motor drive electronics roadmaps and system architecture
• Lead development from concept and simulation through production ramp
• Set engineering standards for safety, reliability, EMC, and design
• Guide senior engineers and specialists through technical reviews
• Resolve complex field and test issues through root-cause analysis
• Coordinate technology, supplier, and product roadmap decisions
