About the role
The/Nudge Institute works with governments and communities to improve livelihoods and expand access to reading glasses through its InSight program. You will shape the product roadmap and support its technical infrastructure, data pipelines, and adoption by program teams.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy and roadmap milestones
- Research needs of field staff, beneficiaries, and government users
- Design onboarding and change management to drive product adoption
- Configure platform modules and set up programs
- Manage DevOps, cloud environments, and build pipelines
- Automate data extraction and build production ETL pipelines
