About the role
Red Hat provides enterprise open-source software, including Linux, cloud, container and Kubernetes technologies. You will support learners using online training, guided labs and certification services, and maintain training content and lab environments.
What you'll do
- Respond to learner service requests and live chats about the online learning system
- Help students use course content and guided lab exercises
- Create and support virtual training sessions
- Apply hotfixes to course content and lab environments
- Deploy updated course content and assist with cloud training images
- Test lab content produced by curriculum developers
