About the role
The/Nudge Institute works to alleviate poverty through livelihood programs and support for social entrepreneurs. The CFO will lead financial strategy, planning, governance, treasury, compliance, and finance and legal team development.
What you'll do
- Advise leadership and the Board on financial decisions and organizational strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance monitoring
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, regulatory reporting, and financial risk
- Manage treasury, liquidity, and fund utilization across funding sources
- Build finance, compliance, and legal teams and improve financial systems
