About the role

Cigna Healthcare supports customers through the healthcare system and processes global insurance claims. The Claims Supervisor will lead claims operations, coach a team, maintain quality and compliance, and improve processing workflows.

What you'll do

Supervise daily claims processing to meet service, productivity, and quality targets
Allocate work and resolve processing queries and escalations
Guide the team on claims intake, adjudication support, denials, and adjustments
Conduct quality audits and coach team members to reduce errors
Track performance and communicate operational updates to stakeholders
Lead process improvements to reduce rework and increase throughput
