About the role
Cigna Healthcare provides health insurance and supports customers through the healthcare system. You will adjudicate international pharmacy claims, respond to enquiries and monitor claims quality and turnaround times.
What you'll do
- Adjudicate international pharmacy claims according to policy terms
- Monitor high-cost claims and notify relevant parties
- Track claims turnaround times and flag delays
- Respond to enquiries about eligibility, plan design and claim status
- Resolve customer issues with internal and external customers
- Recommend process improvements to team seniors
