Enrollment/ Billing Representative

Cigna Healthcare guides customers through the health care system and supports their health decisions. This representative will enroll members and resolve client billing, payment, and account reconciliation issues.

• Enroll customers in applicable systems
• Review client accounts receivable and prepare adjustments
• Research and respond to billing or payment inquiries
• Reconcile accounts with clients, brokers, and third-party administrators
• Investigate member eligibility and rate discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute Schedule A and C tax forms
