About the role
Cigna Healthcare helps customers navigate the healthcare system and make informed choices about their health. This analyst will lead business-focused UAT and contribute to test automation for Salesforce Health Cloud and connected services.
What you'll do
- Lead UAT planning, preparation, execution, defect management and business sign-off
- Design and execute end-to-end scenarios for Salesforce Health Cloud and connected services
- Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for testability
- Assess release impacts, dependencies, risks and test coverage
- Communicate testing progress, risks and release recommendations to business and technology teams
- Support business testers and maintain appropriate testing evidence
