Closing Operations Enablement Manager

Zillow Home Loans supports home financing and mortgage operations. This person will build and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for closing, disclosure, funding, and post-closing teams.

• Design onboarding curricula, schedules, milestones, and readiness criteria
• Facilitate live training on mortgage closing and funding workflows
• Create SOPs, job aids, workflow guides, and e-learning courses
• Coach new hires and assess their readiness for independent production
• Update training materials and deliver re-enablement training as processes change
• Track training progress and report readiness to operations leaders
