About the role
Portworx by Everpure provides distributed storage for stateful container workloads across on-premises and public cloud environments. This engineer resolves complex customer escalations, investigates root causes, and helps prevent recurring support issues.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex escalated customer cases
- Review and analyze code related to customer issues
- Coordinate with engineering to identify root causes and fixes
- Identify systemic field issues and prevent future escalations
- Mentor Technical Service Engineers and document support knowledge
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
