About the role
Marvell develops semiconductor solutions for enterprise, cloud, AI, and carrier data infrastructure. The Corporate Counsel will advise India operations, draft and review legal documents, support disputes and investigations, and help manage regulatory and commercial matters.
What you'll do
- Advise India operations on commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents
- Support negotiations through research, first drafts, and issue lists
- Assist with litigation, claims, and dispute negotiations
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations
- Prepare and update company policies and procedures
