About the role
Nreach's corporate development and finance team supports financial and strategic operations, including M&A, investor relations, and reporting. This person will lead transaction and investment analysis, manage financial reporting, and support strategic planning and IPO readiness.
What you'll do
- Lead M&A transactions, including origination, diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
- Manage investor communications and fundraising workflows
- Build financial models and investment recommendations
- Own MIS and prepare financial and operational reports
- Monitor business-unit P&L performance and recommend corrective actions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and IPO preparation
