About the role
PhonePe builds digital platforms for payments, financial services and digital distribution. This role writes and optimizes automated customer journeys to improve retention and recover users dropping off financial product funnels.
What you'll do
- Write push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp and email campaign copy
- Map lifecycle communication journeys using user behavior and drop-off points
- Test message variations and analyze engagement and conversion metrics
- Set up dynamic content and automated campaigns in CRM tools
- Coordinate event-triggered messaging with product and technology teams
- Manage notification schedules and frequency
