About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, distribution and financial services platforms, including the Indus App Store. This role will lead customer acquisition strategy and performance marketing, coordinating channel execution, attribution integrations and optimization.
What you'll do
- Own customer acquisition strategy and performance marketing activities
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and partner networks
- Coordinate attribution integrations and event tracking for optimization
- Collaborate with business, product, analytics, design, compliance and finance teams
- Analyze channel performance and recommend solutions with ROI impact
