Cigna Healthcare guides customers through the healthcare system and supports their health and vitality. The analyst processes eligibility cases, resolves escalations, supports quality and compliance, and helps improve operational workflows.
What you'll do
- Process standard and complex eligibility cases according to procedures
- Investigate and resolve exceptions, aged cases, and escalations
- Review peer work and flag quality, compliance, and procedural risks
- Coach colleagues and support onboarding on systems and workflows
- Monitor workflow queues and identify operational data trends
- Contribute feedback and reference materials to improve processes
