About the role

What you'll do
- Process standard and complex back-office tasks according to SOPs
- Investigate and resolve exceptions, escalated cases, and priority cases
- Conduct peer reviews and flag risks or recurring errors
- Support workflow monitoring, accurate data entry, and case categorisation
- Coach colleagues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
