About the role
Zinnov is a management consulting firm advising enterprises, technology companies and investors on strategy and transactions. The Engagement Manager will lead M&A and capital-raising engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor transaction teams.
What you'll do
- Lead buy-side, sell-side and capital-raising transactions from origination through closure
- Develop financial models, valuations and transaction recommendations
- Manage due diligence with advisors, lenders and investors
- Build client relationships and originate transaction opportunities
- Review deal materials and conduct industry and investor research
- Mentor junior team members and oversee multiple engagements
