Engineer II Field service-LC

Thermo Fisher Scientific provides scientific instruments and solutions supporting health, safety and environmental work. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot HPLC/UHPLC systems at customer sites and support instrument qualification and customer service.

• Install, commission, maintain and repair HPLC/UHPLC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot instrument hardware and performance issues
• Verify instrument performance and support qualification activities
• Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues promptly
• Provide technical guidance on instrument operation and routine maintenance
• Manage territory service calls and complete service reports
