GenAI / AI-ML Engineer

The role develops production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS. This engineer will design, build, evaluate, deploy and optimize machine-learning models, LLM applications, RAG pipelines and agentic systems.

• Translate business problems into measurable AI/ML objectives and evaluation criteria
• Build and deploy LLM, RAG and agentic AI solutions on AWS
• Develop, train, validate and tune conventional machine-learning models
• Evaluate model quality, retrieval, groundedness, latency and cost
• Optimize token consumption and AWS infrastructure costs
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot reliability, quality and performance issues
