About the role
CloudThat provides cloud consulting and training services to organizations and professionals. The Associate Manager will lead non-IT recruitment across business functions, campus hiring, and recruitment operations.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives

- Lead and mentor recruiters and sourcers
