About the role
Cloudthat provides cloud technology services. The recruitment associate manager will manage hiring from requirement gathering through onboarding and mentor junior recruiters.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment from requirement gathering through onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies
- Source and screen candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts
- Track recruitment metrics and mentor junior recruiters
