Head - CSR Partnerships & Fundraising

Donatekart Foundation builds CSR collaborations to fund scalable social initiatives. This role will lead fundraising, acquire and grow corporate partnerships, close deals, and guide the partnerships team.

• Drive CSR fundraising strategy and meet revenue targets
• Prospect, onboard, and grow corporate partnerships
• Develop customized CSR proposals, budgets, and pitches
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements and MoUs
• Lead and mentor the partnerships and fundraising team
• Oversee partner reporting and resolve delivery escalations
