About the role
Cigna Healthcare guides customers through the healthcare system and supports their health and vitality. This leader will set strategy and oversee eligibility, group onboarding, and Cigna Solutions operations, while managing teams and improving service performance.
What you'll do
- Set the department strategy and multi-year operational roadmap
- Lead daily operations across locations and oversee staffing capacity
- Oversee group onboarding, eligibility updates, renewals, and endorsements
- Manage Cigna Solutions administration, membership updates, and claims processing
- Develop leaders and teams through coaching and performance management
- Ensure service levels, compliance, audit readiness, and operational governance
