About the role
The/Nudge Institute works on livelihood programs and economic inclusion to alleviate poverty across India. The Head of Impact will lead research strategy, evaluations, monitoring, and evidence uptake across the livelihood portfolio.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the Impact function and its team
- Set portfolio research strategy and drive execution
- Design monitoring frameworks and impact evaluations
- Lead cost-effectiveness analyses and learning studies
- Translate findings for government, researchers, donors, and practitioners
- Build research partnerships and represent the organization externally
