Head of Quality Assurance - Instawork Robotics Labs

Instawork Robotics Labs builds high-quality datasets from real-world environments for robotics and physical AI research. The Head of QA will lead quality and data-labeling functions, establish quality systems, and manage teams across operations and engineering.

• Build and lead quality strategy, processes, standards, and KPIs
• Establish visual inspection, defect classification, and root-cause processes
• Implement SOPs, quality gates, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement
• Build and manage QA/QC teams across locations and functions
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and product teams
• Track quality metrics and drive supplier, in-process, and final inspection standards
