HR Analyst

Point72 is a global alternative investment firm using fundamental and systematic strategies across asset classes and geographies. The HR Analyst will support employee operations, maintain HR data, produce workforce reporting, and improve HR processes.

• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Manage onboarding, employee moves, leaves, and offboarding
• Maintain employee contracts and accurate data across HR systems
• Perform data checks, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Produce workforce reports and maintain HR dashboards
• Identify process gaps and contribute to standardization and automation
