About the role
Marvell builds semiconductor solutions for enterprise, cloud, AI, and carrier data infrastructure. The IAM Engineer will shape SailPoint-based identity governance architecture, automation, integrations, and security controls across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- Define IAM technical architecture and reference designs
- Design and evolve SailPoint identity lifecycle, governance, and integrations
- Set engineering standards for workflows, rules, and connectors
- Improve joiner-mover-leaver process reliability and observability
- Advance role-based and entitlement governance, including segregation of duties
- Partner with security, application, infrastructure, and audit teams
