About the role
Unifize provides a cloud platform for manufacturing teams to manage business processes such as quality, R&D and manufacturing execution. You will configure the platform for customers, support onboarding and resolve customer questions while sharing product insights with the team.
What you'll do
- Configure Unifize applications for customer requirements
- Attend online customer meetings and record notes and follow-up tasks
- Build PDF templates to match customer requirements
- Troubleshoot customer and team issues and resolve questions
- Report software defects and follow up with engineering
- Gather product and process insights from customer usage
