About the role
Unifize provides an AI-enabled platform that unifies quality, operations, and R&D workflows for regulated manufacturers. The Implementation Lead owns complex customer deployments, designs workflows, and develops scalable delivery practices while mentoring junior colleagues.
What you'll do
- Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support
- Translate customer requirements into scalable platform configurations
- Manage milestones, risks, scope changes, and customer outcomes
- Review implementation deliverables and coach junior leads
- Build reusable playbooks, templates, and implementation standards
- Coordinate with engineering to resolve platform issues and defects
