About the role
Unifize provides an AI-enabled software suite that brings quality, operations, and R&D processes together for regulated industries. You will own customer implementations end to end, design workflows, mentor junior leads, and improve implementation practices.
What you'll do
- Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support
- Design scalable workflows and configure the Unifize platform
- Manage scope changes, delivery risks, and customer stakeholders
- Review junior implementation lead deliverables and coach team members
- Build reusable implementation standards, templates, and playbooks
- Coordinate with engineering to resolve platform issues and defects
