About the role
First Citizens India provides technology and operational services for First Citizens Bank, a financial institution. This individual contributor will develop and maintain data workflows, integrations, reporting, and automation solutions, including support for platforms such as SailPoint.
What you'll do
- Document automation runbooks, playbooks, and technical procedures
- Gather requirements and implement automation solutions for enterprise platforms
- Develop automated workflows using scripts, APIs, and orchestration tools
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Create dashboards and operational reporting solutions
- Monitor automation jobs and troubleshoot failures
