About the role
Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language instructions. The Investor Relations Lead will prepare investor materials, support fundraising and diligence, and coordinate investor communications and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage communications and engagement with existing and prospective investors
- Prepare investor updates, board decks, and quarterly reports
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, follow-ups, and requests
- Support fundraising through investor research, pitch materials, and diligence
- Track business, financial, and operating metrics
- Maintain investor records and coordinate cap table information
