About the role
First Citizens Bank provides financial services, with India teams supporting technology, operations, security and risk functions. This engineer will manage enterprise patching and vulnerability remediation, automate processes, maintain BigFix infrastructure and mentor other engineers.
What you'll do
- Maintain and troubleshoot BigFix servers, relays, clients and WebUI
- Deploy and upgrade BigFix clients and server environments
- Automate patching and vulnerability remediation with scripts and APIs
- Build dashboards for patch and vulnerability compliance reporting
- Assess, test and prioritize patches based on risk and compliance
- Mentor engineers and resolve escalated patching issues
