About the role

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language instructions. This researcher will study human-AI interactions and translate user insights into product decisions and improvements.

What you'll do

Lead qualitative and quantitative studies of user behavior and trust in AI
Research new ways people can interact with AI
Conduct usability studies and translate feedback into product recommendations
Help develop tools and dashboards combining research and product data
Advise product, design, engineering, and marketing teams on user insights
