About the role
Zinnov is a management consulting firm that advises organizations on strategy, operating models and growth. You will lead client total rewards engagements, designing and implementing compensation, benefits and pay architecture for global capability centers.
What you'll do
- Diagnose client workforce needs and set rewards philosophy and market position
- Design job architecture, salary bands, pay programs and benefits
- Model multi-year workforce cost and talent scenarios
- Implement rewards policies, employee mapping, HRIS and payroll requirements
- Govern compensation programs and track workforce outcomes
- Build reusable rewards diagnostics, models, templates and dashboards
