About the role
MISUMI Americas provides configurable and custom manufacturing solutions through a digital manufacturing platform. The specialist will deliver training, develop learning materials, coordinate LMS activities, and track learning outcomes for GCC teams.
What you'll do
- Facilitate onboarding, skills, and refresher training sessions
- Create and update training materials and job aids
- Analyze workflow examples to identify training needs
- Coach employees and track new-hire learning progress
- Manage training schedules, attendance, and LMS records
- Report on training completion, assessments, and learning effectiveness
