• Build transformer-based models for long behavioral event sequences
• Own model training workflows, from event tokenization through fine-tuning
• Train large models efficiently on GPU infrastructure
• Build feature pipelines using Databricks and Spark
• Deploy and optimize scalable production ML systems
• Improve MLOps practices and mentor junior engineers
