About the role
Zinnov is a management consulting firm advising enterprises on growth, operating models, and Global Capability Centers. The Employee Relations Manager will advise clients, lead sensitive investigations, strengthen compliance frameworks, and develop employee relations practices.
What you'll do
- Advise business leaders and clients on employee relations matters
- Design and strengthen employee relations policies and governance frameworks
- Lead workplace investigations and manage grievance and disciplinary cases
- Guide stakeholders on Indian labour law and regulatory compliance
- Develop playbooks and coach HR teams on employee relations practices
- Monitor workforce risk metrics and recommend preventive interventions
