About the role
NTT DATA provides technology services and consulting, including enterprise platform delivery. The ServiceNow QA Manager will govern testing, build automation and regression capabilities, and lead a growing QA function.
What you'll do
- Define and improve QA frameworks and testing standards across ServiceNow development
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression test suites
- Gate releases against defined quality criteria
- Lead testing governance for platform upgrades and regression cycles
- Coordinate UAT activities and business sign-off
- Build, mentor, and manage the QA Engineer function
