Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. The engineer will design and validate analog and custom digital circuits for advanced DRAM products and oversee their layout and optimization.

• Design and integrate analog circuits for advanced DRAM products
• Design synchronous and asynchronous custom digital blocks
• Model parasitics and validate designs through simulation
• Manage layout floor-planning, placement, and routing
• Conduct reticle experiments and prepare tape-out revisions
• Mentor and lead young designers
