MTS DRAM ASIC Architect

Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. The architect will define DRAM and logic-die architectures, interfaces, and system enhancements for future memory products.

• Define DRAM and logic-die product architectures
• Evaluate architectural tradeoffs across performance, power, cost, reliability, and scalability
• Develop scalable CMOS logic-die subsystem architectures
• Architect interfaces between DRAM and logic dies
• Identify emerging capabilities and influence memory technology roadmaps
