About the role
Cigna Healthcare provides health insurance and related benefits to groups and guides customers through the health care system. This analyst will forecast workload, develop capacity plans, monitor productivity and service levels, and coordinate staffing costs across teams.
What you'll do
- Forecast volumes using historical data and membership projections
- Translate operational strategy into capacity plans for inshore and offshore teams
- Plan for attrition, leave, headcount and productivity targets
- Project claims, inventory and telephony service levels
- Convert capacity plan changes into staffing costs and drivers
